As we usually know that the outcome of exercise is enormous and fantastic, no doubt about this, such as prevent you from obesity, breast cancer, high blood pressure and so on.

However, in the article which i have mentioned above, it shows that even though we accept all the benefits from exercise, those results are not really clear and also it was trailed in different people with different human conditions such as "it is impossible to know with confidence whether exercise prevents heart disease or whether people who are less likely to get heart disease are also more likely to be exercising." Moreover, the article shows that weight lifting is not a good way to lose weight because instead of fat, you will earn more muscle which has a really low metabolic( exchange chemistry between human cells). This article also said that exercise alone can not reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol level neither. So, in order to have a healthy body, you have to exercise and also diet as well.

I don't really care about these kind of problems because i think i'm healthy enough. But after the class today about the rules of the US election, i found that it's interesting to know more about it because of two reasons. First, in my country, we have only one party, Republican party, so we don;t have so many things happen during the election such as negative ads, slogan and so on. The second reason is some people are not satisfied with the rules of the US election. Some people say that not a lot of American citizens go to vote because they think that their votes are useless or weightless. Consequently, they argue that how can the government choose the next president while the lack of voter are enormous. According to the video, the process is divided into 5 basic steps which are: extraction, production, distribution, consumption and disposal. Each step has its own problems such as the running out of resources at the first step, or the containing toxic of the production, or the exploiting of workers of the third step and the pollution into the land water or air of the disposal. Generally, the scene seems really bad. However, we can change it because all of the problems are from ourselves, our behavior. We have to recycle all of the stuff that we can. Beside that, we have to make the whole process become "green" which means not harm environment by sustainability, using green energy.

I think this video is such a valuable evidence which proves that the affects of globalization on global warming. As we can see, through the video, it discussed mainly about two problems which are the bigger consumption of consumers and the loss of climate. The more consumers need, the more products will be produced. Consequently, the climate will be harmed more.

what's the healthiest diet if all?

I chose to read this article about diet because i think that it's really interesting because of two reasons. First, i know that nowadays, a lot of people are suffering from obesity. Meanwhile, millions of people are living and don;t know whether they have food to eat tomorrow. Second, you have to take your responsibility for what you have eaten, don't blame on the fast food company.

Back to the article, the main point of this article is all about the Mediterranean which the author think is the healthiest diet. This is all about the relation between food and culture, food and history. It also show that the countries which are close to each other have some similarities in food. In my country, our food is similar with Chinese food because we are really close to other and also have some similarities in culture. However, the food also reflect our life style such as we are an agriculture country so rice is the most important thing in our meal. Beside that, we eat a lot of products from rive also. In my country, different part have their own traditional food which is come from their own traditional material. Further more, the food of different part of my country reflect their life style. People from capital city really care about their meal. It must be contain a lot of meat and rice because they are have formal life style. In the other hand, the people from my hometown don't pay much attention to what they eat because they are more free in thinking about food.

nguyen's self

He is 20 years old now and from Vietnam.
